Every shipment is backed by a defined quality system, documented inspection data and the certifications required by your destination market.
Our quality organisation reports independently of production, with authority to halt a line. The system is built on ISO 9001 requirements and audited annually by third parties.
Six-face drop and tumble testing on retail packaging, plus repeated bend and plug-life testing on cable and connector assemblies.
Full-load burn-in, efficiency curve mapping, ripple and thermal rise measurement, PD/PPS/QC handshake verification and hub bandwidth validation.
High-low temperature cycling, constant humidity ageing and 48-hour salt-spray testing for metal housings and cable terminations.
Conducted and radiated emission pre-scan, ESD, surge and immunity testing performed ahead of third-party certification submission.
Over-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, over-temperature and single-fault condition testing with automatic protection verification.
Power transfer efficiency, coupling distance tolerance, foreign-object detection and thermal behaviour under sustained load.
Copies of all current certificates are available on request. We also manage new market certifications as part of your development project.
