Accessory Electronics Co., LTD is one of the leading professional manufacturers and exporters in the fields of wireless chargers, car chargers, power adapters, USB-C cables and USB-C hubs.

With more than 15 years' manufacturing experience in the consumer electronics and telecommunication industry, we are passionate about new technologies and committed to providing factory-direct service to our clients. That commitment drives continuous investment in new product R&D, technology improvement and resources integration.

Our Dongguan factory spans more than 10,000 square metres and employs a workforce of over 250 people, including a senior engineering team of more than 10.

How We Got Here

1998

Company Founded

Accessory Electronics begins operations in Shenzhen, supplying cable and accessory assemblies to the domestic consumer electronics trade.

2009

Apple MFi Licence Granted

Our Dongguan factory obtains MFi authorisation, opening OEM and ODM programmes for Apple ecosystem distributors.

2013

In-house Tooling & SMT

Mould shop and SMT capability brought in-house, moving power adapter and hub production under our own management.

2016

Wireless Charging Line

Dedicated wireless power division established, with automated magnetic-material assembly and testing equipment.

2019

Car Charger Programme

A dedicated car charger line launches alongside our wall adapter platform, extending the range to in-vehicle charging for OEM and ODM clients.

2026

Qi2 & USB4 Platform

Next-generation Qi2 magnetic chargers and the USB4 240W cable platform enter mass production.

SMT Workshop

High-speed SMT lines with AOI and X-ray inspection for PCBA production across the adapter, car charger, wireless charger and hub platforms.

Cable Extrusion

In-house extrusion producing PVC, TPE, silicone and nylon-braided jackets with automated cut, strip and crimp.

Mould Shop

CNC machining, EDM and injection moulding, supporting enclosures from prototype through to volume production.

Reliability Lab

Drop, tumble, bend, salt-spray, thermal shock, EMC pre-scan and repeated plug-life testing on every platform.

Assembly Lines

Final assembly lines covering wall chargers, car chargers, wireless chargers, cables and hubs, with automated functional testing stations and barcode traceability to component lot.

Warehouse & Logistics

Dedicated finished-goods warehouse with FBA-ready labelling, palletising and consolidated mixed-category loading.
